1. Presentation Format
    • Talk Duration: 10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A
    • Language: All talks should be delivered in English
    • Style: Aim for clarity and accessibility; please avoid jargon where possible and explain technical terms
  2. Slide Preparation
    • Aspect Ratio: 16:9 preferred
    • Fonts: Use large, legible fonts (minimum 24pt); sans-serif fonts like Arial or Calibri are recommended
    • Accessibility:
      • Use high contrast colours
      • Avoid red-green combinations where possible
    • Content:
      • Include your name (including co-authors), affiliation, and paper title on the first slide
      • Acknowledge collaborators and funding sources appropriately
      • Include an ethics statement
      • Avoid excessive text; use visuals to support your narrative
  3. Technical Setup
    • File Format: Please provide your slides in PowerPoint (.pptx) format by 25 August 2025
    • Backup: Have a copy on a USB stick and/or cloud storage
    • AV Check: Arrive at least 30 minutes before your session for a technical check
    • Microphones: Clip-on or handheld mics may be used
  4. During the Talk
    • Timing: Please respect the allocated time to ensure fairness to all speakers
    • Q&A: Please be prepared to answer questions
    • Support the conference’s respectful and inclusive environment
